The challenge
Six clinics ran on four platforms, each with its own hours, its own phone number, and its own out-of-date physician list. Patients routinely booked at the wrong location, and reconciling appointment data across systems was a weekly manual job.
What we did

Built a single platform where each location is a record rather than a separate deployment, with hours and staff owned by the clinic managers.

Designed the scheduling flow around the patient's condition rather than the organisation's internal structure.

Migrated appointment and staff data from four systems with validation at both ends and a rehearsed cutover.

Met WCAG 2.2 AA throughout, verified with screen-reader and keyboard-only testing.
The outcome
One codebase, six locations, and content the clinic managers keep current themselves. Appointment requests now arrive at the correct clinic without a triage step, and reporting comes from one source instead of four exports.
